ECL Jobs and Resources

Express Couriers Limited follows a simple recruitment process, which generally takes no more than 3 weeks.  We know you don’t have time to sit around waiting!

All vacancies (for all business units) are listed and handled by our in-house recruitment teams in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch, and are shown on our website.   You can view our current courier, logistics, freight and distribution careers / jobs using the "Quick Search" tool in the right hand column of each Careers section page, or via our current job listings page.  We additionally offer self-employed courier owner driver positions.

How To Apply For Careers At Express Couriers Limited
Applying for a role is easy: but you will need to register, and establish a profile.  When applying, we will ask you for your previous work history details, answers to standard questions, and security / employer references.  Every job vacancy advertised will list a recruiter that you can contact to discuss your application.

Upon receipt of your application, we will assess your suitability for the role based on your CV.   If we think your skills and experience suit the position, we will contact you to discuss the role with us further. You may then be invited to an interview with the intended Manager, and a member of the Recruitment Team. Before we offer you a job, we do background checks.  You may also need to complete ability tests and a personality profile.
