Andy - Branch Manager

Tell us about your career so far with ECL.
I started as a contractor for Pace in 2004. I loved Pace as a company and was interested in joining the ECL family with a view to challenge myself and start a career path. The opportunity to join the ECL Cadet Programme came at exactly the time I was ready to move on.

Two years as a Cadet has seen me go into many different parts of the business and come away with a great overview. The people have been amazing in every area I have travelled through and have shared a wealth of knowledge with me. Managers in each area have taken the time to welcome me into their teams and have coached me through each objective with skill and have been patient and open to new ideas. A successful result towards the end of the Cadet Programme has seen me appointed as a Branch Manager within CourierPost.

Describe a typical day for you at work.
No such thing as a typical day, as each day brings a new challenge. The scope of this role is vast as you work with everyone within the company and beyond.
