Recognition and reward
The best bit about working for Express Couriers is the team but if that’s not enough we have a pretty awesome recognition programme. We’re a diverse range of generally fun loving yet incredibly hard working people who work hard when we need to, then play hard afterwards.
Our programme is called Delivering More and ties in with our Core Values – Customer Focussed, Service Minded and Performance Leadership. So if you do the hard yards and really go the extra mile then you may be in for a Delivering More reward!
Delivering more awards are presented to employees who have been nominated by their peers or managers. These are typically in the form of a certificate and Prezzy card which can be used at over 29 million visa retailers.
Our individual businesses also run their own initiatives to reward high performers; these include our Customer Service Recognition Programme, Courier of the Month, Branch of the Year and Annual Sales Awards. We also run company competitions such as our Forklift Masters Competition where employees can showcase their skills with cash prizes on offer.
Our quarterly newsletter Express News celebrates our employee’s successes both in and outside of work and we actively encourage our employees to seek recognition industry wide. In addition to this many of our employees are also eligible for performance based incentive programmes.
