We support professional development through on the job training, internal and external development programmes, and in some cases will provide study assistance for those employees studying a relevant course. We run regular leadership programmes, participate in workplace literacy schemes and are a registered training workplace with the ETITO enabling us to offer National Certificate in Business Administration (Customer Service and Communication) and the National Certificate in Call Centre operations on site.

Many of our managers started off as couriers or freight sorters and have gone on to build strong careers. We encourage movement and progression throughout with a strong culture of internal promotion. In the past year just under 20% of our hires were internal. Many employees have diversified their skill sets through secondment opportunities, moving into completely new fields, developing highly marketable skills for themselves and their future careers.
